  1. We are a family owned 17th Century local Pub serving great beer and fantastic, locally sourced food.

Our menu changes regularly so take a look at the menu page to see the latest offerings and specials.
Look out for our theme nights where chef Olly prepares his normal menu but in addition his themes including Gourmet Burger Night and Steak Night.
If the weather is good come down and sit out in the large quiet garden and chill in one of the outside sofas and chairs.

Having an event? We have space in our oak barn extension with its own private bar perfect for hosting weddings, birthdays & other functions. Please give Olly, Cassie or Megan a call on 01483 274374 to discuss your requirements.

We are proud to be a welcoming local rural pub and all well behaved dogs are very welcome at anytime in the pub & bar area we do however restrict this from the barn extension where we are diners only, if you do wish to dine with your dog we can certainly provide you with a comfortable table in the main pub.

Our Food Sourcing food locally means we can also make sure its fresh. We believe all food should be cooked from fresh and delivered daily. Our freezer is for our award winning New Forest ice cream selection and nothing else!

Because we make from fresh we know exactly what goes into our produce so if you have an alergy please let us know and we will accommodate you're needs if we possibly can.

Olly wooster

HEAD CHEF & LICENSEE

Olly has worked at the Park Hatch as head chef since its first refurbishment in 2014, in March 2017 he took the lease on the business and now runs it with his Partner Cassie. They have many years of catering experience, they moved to the area in 2006 running the Wheatsheaf in Ellens Green.

Olly has a passion for freshly created British and Continental dishes and has worked as a chef for over 25 years starting his career on Newmarket race course. He has owned several of his own bar and restuarants as well as having run other venues such as golf clubs & comedy clubs.
